At Peak 5, we design our classes and workouts around five elements that are critical to success in any fitness program, especially CrossFit. These can be seen in the pyramid. The base of the pyramid starts out as your foundation to success. It’s where you start and it’s the experience you draw from to work your way up the pyramid. These five elements ultimately work together in different ways to help you reach whatever Peak you have set out to conquer.
