CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity. In other words, we train you to be physically prepared by offering a level of fitness which readies you for the known and unknown in everyday life.

CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, cardio, and more. Starting with the basic air squat all the way to the very technical Olympic lifts, we utilize them all and make it effective for anyone at any fitness level. Every workout is scalable to the individual ability of the athlete, so members should never feel any workout is beyond their experience or skill level. In other words, CrossFit can be adapted to any level of fitness.

CrossFit is all about variance. Rarely will you do the same workout twice. Sometimes the workout of the day (WOD) may be 5 minutes, sometimes 25 minutes, sometimes with a partner…you just never know. This is the beauty of CrossFit; the variety keeps your body guessing and takes away the monotony of other workout programs.

Don't have enough time for an hour long CrossFit class? That's okay, then CrossFit Express is the class for you. It's much like regular CrossFit classes but it's only 30 minutes. Come in for a 5-10 minute warm up and then a workout that'll take 15-20 minutes. Expect the same intensity as normal CrossFit workouts but in less time. In...out...on with your day...CrossFit Express.

For those that are new to CrossFit we do offer the Foundations Intro Course to help introduce the movements and concepts of CrossFit in a slower paced environment. Check out more information below.

The Foundations Intro Course is a required class for anyone new to CrossFit or anyone that may need a refresher. Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings as well as Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings. Over the eight classes we will break down the technique of each movement with a tutorial and hands on experience.

This is a chance for new members to become familiar with all the movements in a slower paced environment before joining the regular CrossFit classes upon completion. Your training focus will be on form and safety, you will get plenty of practice with the PVC pipe before jumping into actual weights.

But don’t worry, there’ll be a workout of the day (WOD) at the end of each class so you get practice with the moves you just learned and still get a great workout too.
