Thank you for stopping in. If you walk through our doors with an open mind and the motivation to give it a try, we are certain you will find a home here at Peak 5 CrossFit. If you already know CrossFit is the path you’d like to take, click on the GET STARTED button below and let us know you are interested in the Foundations Intro Course for CrossFit. This course is highly suggested for anyone new to CrossFit or anyone that may need a refresher. Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings as well as Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings. During these classes we will break down the technique of each movement with a tutorial and hands on experience. This is a chance for new members to become familiar with all the movements in a slower paced environment before joining the regular CrossFit classes upon completion. These classes are included in the CrossFit Only and CrossFit Plus membership options. For those of you who would like help in taking that first step, we have outlined the following:
